• Birth Certificate

• Social Security Card

• Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

• Official Immunization record with the doctor’s signature or stamp

• Prior Report Cards (past two years, if applicable)

• Most Recent Standardized Test Scores (past two years, if applicable)

Admissions Timeline

 

Application Acceptance: December 2, 2024- January 10, 2025

Notification Letters emailed: February 6, 2025

New Student Acceptance and Registration Fee Due: February 10, 2025

Pre-K and Kindergarten applicants will participate in a screening for placement purposes in late spring.  

Students in Grades 1-8 will participate in an interview with a school administrator during the spring.
